Muggles, get ready!
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Grand Opening date is set for June 18, 2010.
Although construction is still in full force, a recent sneak peek of the new dark ride, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, was provided to select
media.
Visitors are escorted through the castle through a dungeon and several chambers, including a room filled with talking portraits, before being caught up in a quidditch match in the Forbidden Forest. Most of the signature ride is still secret, but, according to the Orlando Sentinel, guests can expect the entire experience to last about an hour from the time they enter the winged-boar gates to exiting through the gift shop.
