Responsibilities
To promote and support the sale of insurance and membership products.
Requirements:
High school degree or GED.
Minimum of two years customer service experience with a minimum of one year in the insurance industry.
Experience with Applied software a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral; telephone and problem-solving ability/skills.
Very good customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office platform of products preferred (Word/Excel); E-mail, and Internet knowledge necessary. Ability to learn new systems.
Work Schedule:
Full time. Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Exemption Satus:
Non-Exempt
Important Notes:
Must be able appointable and poses or be able to obtain valid state P&C Insurance license within 6 months of hire.
Salary:
$1,718/Month + incentive based on membership sales
