1. Organizational-Paid Membership:

Allows your organization to enroll individuals into the group plan at a discounted rate. The organization is rewarded for its generosity with an additional discount on the annual renewal date.

Allows individuals in groups to enroll at their own expense. Savings on enrollment and annual dues are to each primary household individual. A spouse or children can be added as associates as well.
