AAA Announces Sponsorship of 2010 Governor’s Cup

Helena, Mont. 3/26/10 – AAA MountainWest is very proud to announce our support of the 2010 Governor’s Cup and our contribution to the Montana Caring Foundation.

“AAA MountainWest is a very family centric organization as we realize our members, employees and business partners across the state of Montana, no matter what their life stage, are tasked with raising or influencing our greatest asset – our children,” says Denice Harris, AAA Spokesperson.

As a result of our contribution, AAA members in Montana, Wyoming and Alaska – over 173,000 people - will be able to register for the Governor’s Cup at no cost.  We are calling upon our members to donate those funds they would have used to participate in Governor’s Cup, to the Montana Caring Foundation.  The funds will assisting in providing to provide a new, expanded dental benefit for children enrolled in the Healthy Montana Kids program.  We will also be sponsoring all aid stations along the races and label them as AAA Roadside Assistance.  We are calling upon employees to serve as volunteers to assist along the roadway as well.

AAA plays a strong role in many youth organized sports all the way up to intercollegiate athletics as well as safety and education events including car seat inspections and driver education.  The Club recognizes the youth of our great state are the future and their health, well being, safety and education is important to continued success and leaving our legacy.

We are proud of this sponsorship and thank Blue Cross for the opportunity to impact our youth even more.
