AAA TOP SHOP WINNERS ANNOUNCED FOR MONTANA
Helena, Mont., (October 3, 2011) – AAA has announced the 2011 winners of the AAA Top Shop Awards. Four AAA Approved Repair facilities were recently presented with their awards.
The four AAA Top Shops Recipients for 2011 are:
Farr Automotive Bozeman Fran Farr
V-Tec Services Missoula Randy Mineer
Loren’s Auto Repair Kalispell Loren and Travis Salee
Don K Cheverolet Whitefish Don Kalschmidt and Service Manager Greg Shafer
AAA Approved Auto Repair (AAR) facilities from all over Montana, Alaska and Wyoming competed for this award. The Montana AARs were four of only six facilities to earn this prestigious designation.
These AARs were named the AAA Top Shops based on their consistent record of exceeding AAR requirements, number of ASE certificates held by its technicians, level of participation in the AAR program and overall customer satisfaction.
All shops designated as AAR facilities must meet AAA’s stringent standards including passing a site inspection, having up to date equipment and ASE certified technicians. Facilities must have a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating and a good reputation with local government and consumer agencies. Adequate insurance coverage and financial stability are also considered.
While all AAR shops do an outstanding job, Top Shop award recognize the best of the best. The employees at these shops consistently deliver outstanding repair and customer service.
